- NOTICE OF INTENT SUBJECT: Notice of Intent to award a Single Source to G4S Security Systems Guam, Inc. SYNOPSIS DATE: 17 September 2019 CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: N68096 - US Naval Hospital Guam Building 50 Farenholt Rd. Agana Heights GU 96910 DESCRIPTION: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The US Naval Hospital Command, (USNH GUAM) intends to award a single source contract award with G4S Security Systems Guam Inc. 1851 Army Drive Harmon, Guam 96913 for the Brand Name Honeywell Security System Installation at USNH Guam. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE APPICABLE TO THIS PROCUREMENT: 561621 - Security Systems Services (except locksmiths) A determination not to compete this requirement was made pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(i), only one responsible source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The anticipated award date will be on or around 20 September 2019; and this Notice of Intent is NOT considered as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) nor is it a Request for Proposals (RFP). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Must provide capability statement to include authorized distributorship / dealership and (OEM) training certificates from Honeywell. A determination, by the Government, to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will consider all responses received by 12:00PM EST, 19 September 2019. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
