- This enduring maintenance and training requirement is to ensure TSAKs water survival training simulators (METS) are in proper working condition to enable Aviators and crew members to train on exiting aircraft and survival tactics in an aquatic environment. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment supplies, transportation, tools, material, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide maintenance and repair of Modular Egress Training Simulators (METS), The Apache Crew Module (ACM) and the CH-47 / UH- 60 simulator (M-40).
