- Description
- This procurement is for a task order to be awarded against the Competitive 8(a) Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA's) which have been awarded for use by Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck, and Leonardo, New Jersey. Scope of Work is shown in block 7a above. This acquisition will be issued as a competitive procurement under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (SBA) against these BOA's. In accordance with the NAVFAC Small Business Programs Set-Aside Precedence Matrix, an 8(a) Set-Aside is the preferred method for construction at this dollar amount. An 8(a) competitive acquisition will provide for the achievement of the Small Business Goals established for this office while allowing for competitive pricing for various construction projects.
