- JA for Internet Cable Services NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. US Coast Guard, C4IT Service Center intends to award a sole source award to COX COMMUNICATIONS HAMPTON ROADS LLC, for the requirement of Business internet and business cable services for a Base Year plus Option Year One and Option Year Two, Option Three and Option Year Four onboard the USCG, C4IT Service Center, 7323 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, Virginia. COX COMMUNICATIONS HAMPTON ROADS LLC 1341 CROSSWAYS BLVD CHESAPEAKE, VA 23320 DUNS 805664559 NAICS 517311 - WIRED TELECOMMUNICATIONS CARRIERS REFERENCE NR. 21-19-799PTY780 The US Coast Guard intends to establish a single award contract. The Government intends to award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
