- Redacted J&A Notice of intent to award sole source: The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract for CorasWorks Data Enhanced Enterprise Suite V.11, in support of PEO Aviation to CorasCloud Limited Liability Company (LLC). 7918 Jones Branch Drive, Suite 800, McLean VA, 22102 (Cage Code 3VMA8) on behalf of PEO Aviation. The contractor shall provide two (2) MP Premier Annual Support and Maintenance (PASM) - CW Data Enhanced Enterprise Suite v11, part number GS30028.The period of performance for the contract will be twelve (12) months after receipt of order, or as otherwise determined by the Contracting Officer. All interested responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be given due consideration by this agency. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(g)(1)(A) as implemented in Federal acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1). Notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received within three (3) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. This synopsis shall not bind the Government and is for information purposes only.
