- This is a modification to Solicitation NICHD-19-163 to answer the following questions. Due to the modification the proposals due date will be extended to Thursday 9/19/2019 at 12pm EST. 1.What is the estimated period of performance? 9/19 - 9/20 2.Is there an on-site requirement for personnel? No 3.What is the quote breakdown preference, an hourly rate or salary based? Hourly 4.In regards to statement 4 in the notice, past experience has shown that obtaining permissions can involve an additional cost from the journal, organization, author, etc. Is this cost to be included in the overall RFQ response or stated that there may additional costs due to? Yes 5.Many journals have an extra cost for printing in color such as you might have with figures. Is this cost also to be included in the overall RFQ price or listed separately? Yes 6.Is this support intended to require a full-time effort? No 7.How many articles will require editorial support and will be submitted to a journal? Six 8.Will all articles be submitted to the same journal? If not, how many different journals will the articles be submitted to?
