- Threat Management Group was not selected because their camera would require extended hours of operation, and it has a limited amount of data that can be collected per flight. This would require a lot more operating time which they were trying to reduce. B&H International was not selected because it also has a camera that would require extended hours of operation, and their multi-spectral band does not cover the necessary sensors for water irrigation studies. This leaves only Skyfront as the best viable option that fulfills all the specifications and has the best price for those option.
