- Sole Source J&A THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45 th Contracting Squadron (45 CONS) has a sole source requirement for one (1) year maintenance and repair services for the current 62 FLIR cameras, radar, and related server equipment items currently in use at Patrick AFB (PAFB) and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS). This is a Sole Source with SmartWatch Security & Sound, LLC, in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15), SmartWatch Security & Sound, LLC. is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement. These maintenance and repair services ensure that continuity of security at PAFB and CCAFS and is paramount to the mission of the 45 th Space Wing (45 SW). The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561621, size standard: $22M. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within five (5) days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/PKB has determined that SmartWatch Security & Sound LLC is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
