SOURCES SOUGHT The General Services Administration, Public Building Service, Acquisition Management Division, Contract Services Branch (4PQSB), Region 4, is seeking small businesses in the local commuting area that have ability to perform landscaping and grounds maintenance services at the following location: BUILDING (S) NAME AND LOCATION: Campbell FB-CT AL0010ZZ ----------------------- APPROX Total Outside 126,000 SF Place of Contract Performance: 2005 University Blvd Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 Landscaping Services & Grounds Maintenance Data: Description: The ground maintenance requirements consist of maintaining lawn areas, plant beds, edging and tree/shrub trimming, mulching, leaf removal and general policing, etc. B.Grounds Statistics: US Courthouse Turf Area 123,405 SF Edging 5,120 LF Shrubbery (trimming & mulching) 1,478 EA Trees (pruning and care) 50 EA Plant Beds (seasonal flowers) 2637 SF - 6EA Mulch Area 10,090 SF ALL FIGURES ARE ESTIMATES; CONTRACTORS ARE URGED TO VISIT EACH SITE TO VERIFY ABOVE INFORMATION.
