- Attachment 2: DRAFT Clauses and Provisions Attachment 1: DRAFT Demand Guru Info Sheet DRAFT SAQR COVER LETTER DRAFT Simplified Acquisition Quotation Request (SAQR), FA445219CA015, Demand Guru Software Licenses This is a DRAFT SAQR for subject project to be awarded pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13 and the specific requirements outlined in this request with attachments. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. The 763 SCONS is seeking sources that can provide ten Demand Guru software licenses (high side and low side networks) at Scott AFB, IL. Demand Guru enables Headquarters Air Mobility Command (HQ AMC)/A9 and United States Transportation Command (USTC) analysts to apply external influencers (i.e. CENTCOM troop deployment levels and rotational schedules) to existing time-series accurately to forecast "what-if" future demands for short, medium, and long term horizons. Award will be made IAW the procedures specified at FAR 13.501(a) Sole Source Acquisitions. There will be no small business set-aside. The Government intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Llamasoft, Inc., 201 S. Division St. Ann Arbor MI 48104, under the authority, 41 U.S.C. 1901 using simplified acquisition procedures, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available due to Llamasoft being the sole manufacturer and seller of Demand Guru. DRAFT Quotes shall be submitted via email to katelyn.lampe@us.af.mil and kelly.albers@us.af.mil no later than 12 PM Central Standard Time on XX Sep 19. All electronic submissions shall reference the complete DRAFT SAQR number in the subject line. LATE QUOTATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
