Description
Redacted J&A Qiagen Tissue Lyser II Specs WIAcube HT Specs Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100 Effective 11 Aug 2018. The synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-19-Q-0144 for the purchase of QIAcube HT QIAxtractor system and a TissueLyser II. This requirement is being solicited as a Full and Open Competition represented by NAICS Code 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing). This requirement will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price type contract to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror that meets the Statement of Work attached. Only completed quotes will be evaluated for award, partial quotes are not acceptable and therefore, will not be considered for evaluation. Description of Requirements: The contractor, as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the Government shall furnish QIAcube HT QIAxtractor system and a TissueLyser II. For specific information, please refer to the Statement of Work and specifications attached. Instructions to Offerors: • Please provide a quotation addressing the requirement listed in the attached Statement of Work and specifications. All quotations from responsible sources will be fully considered. Vendors who are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, database prior to award will not be considered. Vendors may register with SAM online at the website link provided. • For questions concerning this solicitation, contact Tien Nguyen, Contract Specialist, via email at tien.q.nguyen.civ@mail.mil. All questions must be received by September 23, 2019 at 4:00 P.M Easter Time. • NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE HONORED. • All quotations must be signed, dated, and submitted via email to tien.q.nguyen.civ@mail.mil by September 24, 2019 at 4:00 P.M Easter Time. • The Government reserves the right to cancel the referenced solicitation if deemed to be in its best interest.
