Description
Performance Work Statement 09-16-19 Synopsis: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) Contracting Center, at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, on behalf of U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM), intends to negotiate solely with KBRwyle. The Government intends to award the contract for services as identified in the Performance Work Statement. This award is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The overarching goal of the selection is to provide an enterprise wide solution for IMCOM while obtaining accredited services that can meet Department of Defense (DoD) compliant requirement needs. IMCOM will require one solution that integrates the three following components together for a single system of systems approach: (1) In-car video (dash cam and microphone fully integrated into the vehicle), (2) Mobile computer to support mobile computer aided dispatching (CAD) and (3) An accredited data center to store, access and archive law enforcement video. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 336320, Motor Vehicle Electrical and Electronic Equipment. The size standard for this NAICS code is 1,000 employees. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is D399, Other ADP and Telecommunications Services. This notice of intent is NOT a request for a competitive proposal or a solicitation of offers.
