The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, other items and services, including restroom supplies, as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated base period of performance (POP) will be 1 Oct 19 through 30 Sep 24. The requirement will include a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The requirement will be a 100% set-aside for eligible 8(a) small business concerns. The NAICS code for the custodial acquisition is 561720 - Janitorial Services. The Small Business size standard is $18 Million. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to an eligible and responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation. The Request for Proposal is expected to be issued on or about 24 July 2019 with an anticipated closing date of 26 August 2019. Anticipated award date is on or about 20 September 2019. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided. No fax proposals will be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the FBO website frequently for any updates/amendments to any document. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Interested parties should register online as interested parties and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the website at http://www.fbo.gov/. AUGUST 20, 2019 UPDATE TO PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The solicitation for this effort has been delayed. The Request for Proposal is now expected to be issued in late-August or September 2019. The closing date of the solicitation will be set when the RFP is posted. For clarity of this presolicitation notice, the original "response date" of August 26, 2019 at 0800 am EDT is hereby deleted. SEPTEMBER 17, 2019 UPDATE - SOLICITATION: The Request for Proposal is posted with 16 attachments for the Performance Work Statement, Appendices, and Collective Bargaining Agreement. The closing date is October 17, 2019 at 2:00 pm Central Time.
