- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W31P4Q-19-Q-0147 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated NAICS code is 334515. Line Item Number with Item, Quantity, and Unit of Measure: Solicitation is issued as a request for a Firm Fixed Price quote a quantity of six (6) equipment Model 670SQ-25-480 Ohm Primary Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometer (SPRT). CLIN Description QTY U/I 0001 Model 670SQ-25-480 Ohm Primary (SPRT) 6 EA Description of Requirements for the Items to be acquired: This combined synopsis/solicitation is to purchase six (6) equipment Model 670SQ-25-480 Ohm Primary Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometer (SPRT), SPRT ISO 17025 Calibration (AR-ZN). Date(s) and place(s) of Delivery & Acceptance and FOB Point The place of inspection and acceptance is W80RA6. FOB is at Destination. Shipping Address for delivery of CLIN 0001: W80RA6 U.S. Army TMDE Support Center ATTN: Stacey Heath Building 5435 Fowler Road Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000 Delivery: The requirement is to be delivered no later than 130 days after contract award. Evaluation: Quotes will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Provision Statements: Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and any addenda to the provision also apply. Provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, is applicable. Delivery will be considered as a best value factor. Successful contractor must provide equipment in accordance with Government Minimum Specifications described in the "Description of the requirement is as follows" section of this combined synopsis/solicitation. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with quote. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and any addenda to the provision also apply. Clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions - Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, also applies to this acquisition and additional FAR clauses may be cited as needed. Terms and conditions for this requirement are consistent with customary commercial practices. Contract financing is not authorized. Payment shall be made through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), in Accordance with DFARS 252.232-7006. DFARS 252.232-7003 - Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports and Instructions. Payment method shall be through Wide Area Work Flow. DFARS 252.232-7006 - Wide Area Work Flow Payment Instructions. Oral Communications are NOT acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Quotes are due no later than 20 September 2019 at 2:00pm CST.
