- Questions and Answers Revised Performance Work Statement Revised Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Hanscom AFB, MA, to maintain the 4 duel fuel (natural gas and #6 oil) boilers at the central heating plant (B1201) in accordance with the Title V permit. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications, federal law, state law, ETL 11-25 Implementation of Major and Area Source Rules as Applied to Boiler Tune-ups and Energy Assessments for the Boiler MACT Rule, EPA 40 CFR Part 63, 310 CMR 7.19, and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). There are six (6) attachments to this solicitation. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation was updated on 17 September 2019 The Performance Work Statement was updated on 17 September 2019
