- Questions #2 Questions #1 Amendment NOTICE TO OFFERORS (2) The Solicitation has been amended again. Please refer to the newly attached amendment document. NOTICE TO OFFERORS This solicitation has been amended. Please refer to the attached amendment document. a. The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $36,500,000. b. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. c. This will result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract. d. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 (IAW FAR 36.204) e. Proposals shall be emailed to the points of contact below. Faxed, mailed, or hand-delivered proposals are unacceptable. f. A site visit will be conducted on 30 August 2019 at 10:00am EST. Please refer to FAR Clause 52.236-27 for more details. g. Submit questions no later than 3 September 2019 at 2:00pm EST. h.
