- EXTENDS CLOSING DATE TO 23 SEP 2019. VENDORS MUST SUBMIT A SIGNED COPY OF AMENDMENT 0001 AS PART OF THEIR OFFER. DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure the following equipment items: one (1) each Batch Oven, 3'X 3' X 5', max rated temp 550 deg, normal operating range 200 - 500 degF, 460 VAC, 3PH, 60 HZ, per specifications to be provided; one (1) each On-site Installation per specification; and one (1) each On-site Training per specification; and Contract Deliverable Items (CDRLS) for a NRTL Certification; PCB Certification; Training Manuals; Warranty Documentation; Equipment Operation, Maintenance & Repair Manuals (Sanitized); all in support of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 1 3 open and solicited as a Small Business-Set Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 333994. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS), Bremerton, WA. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To be considered for award, vendors must submit their quotes on the solicitation document posted to Federal Business Opportunities website (FBO), to include pricing and completion of all certifications and representations contained in the document. Offerors not submitting a fully completed quote will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM219Q2732. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 29 August 2019. The closing date of the solicitation will be on 23 September 2019 at 2 :00PM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities Website (FBO.gov) and will be available for download at http://www.fed b i zopp s. gov/. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
