- Solicitation Package The USDA-NRCS has a requirement under the Wetland Restoration Program. The project consists of repairing an existing wetland restoration in Wyocena Township, Columbia County, Wisconsin. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the repair of the wetland in Wyocena Township, Columbia County, Wisconsin in accordance with the attached construction plans, statement of work, and specifications. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $39.5M. This acquisition is a total small business set aside. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) solicited using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13. Quotes may be submitted electronically via email to the contracting officer at sharla.goforth@usda.gov by 10:00 AM Central Time on September 27, 2019. Please referent the solicitation number in your subject line. Quotes may also be submitted by the carrier of your choice to the address listed in block 8.
