- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Commander 15i Specifications Brand Name Justification AFLCMC/WKC is looking to lease 3 Body Fuel Tank Loaders. This requirement will include transportation, on site technical assembly/disassembly, maintenance, and training for members who will operate the loaders (16 hours included). McConnell AFB - Qty 1 Altus AFB - Qty 1 Pease AFB - Qty 1 The Boeing KC-46 uses a Body Fuel Tank as a means of transporting fuel for mid flight Air Refueling missions. The tank is a mobile unit meant to be taken on and off of the aircraft. This loader will be used as a means of loading and off loading the tank. This will be a leased requirement, and will be used to support 3 separate bases. This requirement will be funded yearly for the first 2 years. The third year will be funded monthly on a month-to-month basis.
