The Regional Contracting Center-Qatar intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Triad Services Group, Madison Heights, MI to establish a firm fixed priced purchase order for spare parts for new Joint Non Tactical Vehicle (JNTV) with delivery date of 30 days ADC. Pursuant to the FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, but merely notification of the Government's intent to enter into a contract Triad Services Group, Madison Heights, MI for spare parts for new Joint Non Tactical Vehicle (JNTV). The Government's determination not to compete this proposed contract action is based on agency market research and the proprietary information obtained from the vendor. Responses to this notice may be collected for future requirements however, due to immediate mission needs, will not be considered for the purposes of this acquisition.
