- Description
- The RFQ includes the cover letter, solicitation 1449, Clauses, PWS, Attachment A pricing Sheet, and Wage Determination. The Bureau of the Fiscal Service on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) is soliciting a firm-fixed price quote for Swimming Pool Maintenance. This solciitation is being set aside 100% for small buisness. The minimum acceptable requirements are included in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached. In addition to the quoation for the specifications all information required in the clause package questions in the instructions to vendors must be completed and included with your quote. A single award is anticipated and will be made to the vendor whose quote has met the requirements for the specifications and has submitted the quote with the best value that is most advantageous to the government. The quote will be for a base period of 12 months and four (4) periods of 12 months each. All completed quotations shall be submitted no later than September 11, 2019 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time to be considered. Quotations shall be submitted electronically to: purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov Attn: Julie Sealey or send them directly to my email at julie.sealey@fiscal.treasury.gov. Please include this in the subject line: ATTN: JS/PW Swimming Pool Maintenance for AFRH Washington DC. Thank you for your interest and participation in this solicitation. Any questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted no later than Septmber 9, 2019 10:00am Eastern Standard Time. Any questions after that will not be adressed.
