Description
Attachment 1 Request for Quote DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES This document defines the requirement to engineer, furnish, install, & test (EFI&T) a Secondary Crash Network (SCN) notification system at Moron Air Base, Spain. Work will be accomplished in Building 1411 Room 169 and the drop locations reflected in Table 1. 2.0. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS All qualifications shall be submitted by the contractor to the government for verification. 3.0. ENGINEERING AND PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION 3.1. Project Requirement. For the areas identified above and in Table 1, the contractor shall provide all management, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, materials, supervision (if required), and other incidentals necessary to install a SCN. Airfield Management requires the installation of a SCN that meets all AFI 13-204v3 requirements to instantly relay emergency information. The SCN is an emergency collaboration system that is integrated into a multi-line call center and is equipped with a visual feature that activates as each 2-way party on the SCN picks up the headset to receive information about inflight/ground emergencies, weather information, bomb threats, etc. 3.1.1. Primary SCN Controller Station. The SCN shall have a Primary Controller Station located Airfield Management (Building 1411, RM 169) that, when initiated, automatically rings the subscriber phones at the other end. On the controller unit, each subscriber's line shall have a visual indicator, providing the following states: Idle, Ringing, Answered Active, and On Hold. Additionally, the controller unit will have dual extensions/handsets to allow immediate access by a second individual on duty for monitoring and training. All handsets connected to the SCN will be equipped with a push-to-talk feature with the purpose of filtering out background noise. The Core Equipment supporting the SCN will be installed in Building 1411. ***PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR COMPLETE DETAILS***
