Description

Amendment #1 This is to extend the original closing date from: 10 Sep 2019 To: 17 Sep 2019 Also to post the Q&A: Questions: 1. The FBO posting notes this solicitation is a SDVOSB set aside and page 35 of the solicitation mentions SDVOSBs. However, the 1449 shows the bid set aside for Small Business Please advise which set aside applicable to this project. 2. Section B the price / cost schedule is broken into three sections building 105, 334 and 349. The three SOWs attached list buildings 105, 331 and 349. Are the sign quantities listed under building 334 in section B supposed to be for building 331? 3. It appears from the three SOWs that buildings 105 and 349 require installation but building 331 is a drop ship only. Please confirm this is correct. 4. The evaluation criteria require a physical sample. Where should the physical sample be sent and whom should it be addressed to? Answers: 1. It is small business. 2. Yes, it is bldg. 331 not 334. 3.
