Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) Solicitation Number: F3YTAK9203AW01 Autocrib RoboCrib This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number F3YTAK9203AW01 is being issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. This acquisition is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333249. Replaces stock foot pads 1 EA 0004 Autocrib client/server PC License, 2 users, 5 connections 1 EA 0005 Flat rate, 2 day on-site testing and site certification training.
