- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION ‘COMBO': Camera Installation i.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii.Solicitation FA4877-19-Q-0444 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 effective 13 Aug 2019. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DPN 20190820 effective 20 Aug 2019. The AFFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to AFAC 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. The procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-asdie. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 561621 and size standard is $22,000,000.00. iv.Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: a.CLIN 0001 - Installation of Cameras and Intercom in BLDG 12 - QTY: 1 - Unit of Measure: Bundle The 12AF has requested an installation of a new security system. The contractor shall move/install cameras and monitors throughout building 12 to enable complete visibility of entire building for each work center/office. The contractor shall install an intercom system throughout building 12. Please see attachment "Performance Work Statement" for details. All vendors must comply with attachment "Wage Determination 2515-5474 Revision 8." v.The performance site is Davis-Monthan AFB. vi.The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror's capability statement to meet the defined salient characteristics of the product or service. vii.Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) The government will be hosting a site-visit to inspect the system and its components of which will be replaced within this requirement. Any prospective contractor interested in attending must submit the following information to the ling.lin.1@us.af.mil before 12:00 Am Wednesday 11 September, 2019 •Full Name •Drivers license # •Date of Birth •SSN# a.Site Visit will take place on Thursday 12 September, 2019 at 10:00 am All vendors will meet at Craycroft Visitor Center at 9:30 am in personal vehicle with no logos. Please provide car insurance when attend the site visit. b.Questions are due by 12 Sep 2019, 04:00 pm. (NO questions will be considered after the questions due date.) c.Answers will be provided by 13 Sep 2019, 10:00 am. d.All quotes shall be submitted by 16 Sep 2019, 08:00am. viii.It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the posting for any changes or amendments that may occur concerning this RFQ. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure all quotes and/or questions are submitted in a timely manner by specified due date.
