- DD Form 254, Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification RFP Amendment 0001, effective 08 Sept. 2019. 10 Sept 2019 Solicitation Amendment 0001 is posted to include the DD Form 254 and various clauses omitted from the basic solicitation. The deadline to respond remains unchanged. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a sole source 8(a) direct award to Tyonek machining and Fabrication, LLC (CAGE CODE 7KR07) This effort is for the design, certification, technical document creation, and manufacture of paratroop door lightweight armor and matching negator springs for both paratroop doors in the MC-130J. Please see attached technical specification accompanying this request for proposal for additional information. The anticipated period of performance is 32 months after award of contract.
