- UNICOR intends to enter into a one (1) base year with four (4) option years firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) type contract for TRAILER RENTAL SERVICES for UNICOR FCI MILAN, MI. Solicitation number FN1473-19 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal. The minimum delivery order quantitiy is 1 trailer each delivery order and the maximum delivery order quantity is 60 trailers EA PER DELIVERY ORDER. Delivery date requested 5 days for each delivery order. Variation in quantity +/-0%. NAICS CODE is 532120. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers on a single award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, FEDERAL CORRECTIONAL COMPLEX, PO BOX 1109, COLEMAN, FL, 33521, ATTN: PEYTON PERRY (peyton.perry@usdoj.gov). All proposals should be emailed to peyton.perry@usdoj.gov. The subject line of the email should reference FN1473-19. All offeror must complete the Business Management Questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for tsame or similar items, and for the same scop of solicitation. All offerors must register on WWW.SAM.GOV. All offerors must acknowledge all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offerors whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals. List in order of importance. Adherence to specification (ability to meet specifications and other requirements listed in the solicitation), Past Performance, and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. The solicitation will be available on Fedbizops at a later date. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be sent in writing to Peyton Perry at peyton.perry@usdoj.gov. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. No copies of th solicitation will be mailed. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered.
