- clauses scope of work JOTFOC The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, IBCT - Contracts & Procurement Branch 2, Oakland, CA awarding a brand name specific service procurement to a certified Jastram Technician. -Certified JASTRAM technician to survey and evaluate electrical and hydraulic systems of the Jastram engineering steering system JQ-041096 onboard CGC Clamp. Period of Performance is: September 18-20, 2019 CGC Clamp is a 75’ WLIC. Vendor will provide all labor and parts listed in the Schedule. NAICS Code #332999 applies to this procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
