- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Carson Health Contracting Cell intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to Hologic, Inc, under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.501(a)(1)(ii), to perform full service maintenance and calibration services, including proprietaty software updates, of the Government-owned mammography imaging systems located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, shall be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. Emails received claiming capability without providing additional detailed information, enough for the Government to make an independent determination of capability, will not be considered.
