Description

Total NSNs: 789 The purpose of this amendment to the synopsis is to notify the solicitation will not be posted on DIBBS. The Government will procure this requirement in a sole source procurement. The solicitation will be made available only upon request starting September 25, 2019. These items support multiple weapon systems programs to include any variant of the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) Family of Vehicles for which AM General (34623) is a source of supply. The scope of this acquisition includes all Department of Defense (DoD) managed items that are used on any variant of the High Mobility Multi-Purpose Wheel Vehicle (HMMWV) Family of Vehicles for which AM General (34623) is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and/or AM General or its authorized distributor, Brighton Cromwell (3NNX8) is the only available source. The Government anticipates awarding two firm fixed-priced contracts for these items; one FAR 15 and one FAR 12. Each will be for a three year base period with two one-year options. An offeror will be required to submit two separate proposals, one for the commercial group (CLIN 0001) and one for the non-commercial group (CLIN 0002). Failure to submit a price for each item of the group proposed, will result in an unacceptable price proposal and thus, the offeror will not be considered for award.
