Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Sebia, Inc.; 1705 Corporate Dr Ste 400; NORCROSS, GA, 30093. The procurement is for Protein Electrophoresis Testing (reagents), for use with the Hydrasys LC testing instrument. The Government shall only accept the Sebia Protein Electrophoresis Testing (reagents) as this is a brand name only acquisition. NAICS code 325413 applies to this procurement with a size standard of 1250 employees. The proposed contract action is for supplies with incident services for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. Vendors must be authorized by Sebia, Inc. to provide the above reagents and shall provide proof to that extent. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement shall submit information to: Katie Lavely, Contracting Officer, at Katie.Lavely@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 1:00 PM, EST on September 13, 2019. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
