- Synopsis for W56HZV-19-R-0146 - Testing Kit, Petrole ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND - WARREN (DTA) proposes to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price. This action will be Full and Open Competition (Top Drawing: Distribution Statement A) for the following item: NSN: 6630-01-558-5109, Part Number: 57K6311, Noun: Testing Kit, Petroleum Quantity: 190 with 100% Option. NAICS Code: 334515, Unit of Issue: Each, Inspection: Origin, Acceptance: Origin, FOB Point: Destination, Level of Preservation: Military: B. The solicitation, W56HZV-19-R-0146, is anticipated for release in two to four weeks and will contain the required technical information and a specific due date and time. Technical Data Package: A link to the TDP will be available when the solicitation is released. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered. Quotes must be submitted electronically via FBO. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
