- Provisions & Clauses Pricing Worksheet Delivery Instructions Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The 21st MDG requires the continuity of medical gas refills and delivery services on Peterson AFB & Schriever AFB. Medical gas will include oxygen, compressed oxygen, liquid nitrogen, dry ice, and argon. Deliveries shall be in accordance to the requirements contained in the delivery summary and all federal, state and local laws and regulations that apply to these items.
