- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for academic tenant software license and annual renewals for Microsoft 365 Academic, Microsoft Visio Pro, and Microsoft Project Online for use at the Defense Language Institute (DLI) in Monterey, CA. The RFQ will be posted on or about 11 September 2019 with responses due on or about 19 September 2019. This synopsis neither constitutes a RFQ nor an Invitation for Bids (IFB), nor does it restrict the government in any way to an ultimate acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. This is a brand name restricted acquisition for competition amongst authorized Microsoft resellers only. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation and resulting contract will consist of a 12-month base period and three 12-month option periods. Performance start date is 30 September 2019. Potential Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents from https://www.fbo.gov. This office will not issue hard copies of the solicitation. Official responses to the final RFQ will only accepted via email. Electronic copies of the completed submission documents will be required to be received by the Contracting Office at the email address provided in the final RFQ by the closing date and time specified in order to be considered for award.
