- Amendment01 A. The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) Add the requirement, one year help desk support (a guaranteed 72- Hour, Monday - Friday, 0900-1700 EST Response Time). (2) Change NAICS code from 238210 to 334290. (3) Change Required Delivery Date (RDD) from 240 calendar days to 210 calendar days in the Delivery and Payment information. B. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. C. See the uploaded Amendment. The synopsis for this solicitation was issued as #0011381669 on 20 August 2019 (Eastern Time) with a closing date on 6 September 2019 (Eastern Time). The request is to purchase 144ea, Mini-Secure Communications Controller, these kits are to allow interoperability between US and ROK radios to provide better mission command for the organization. Therefore, the vendor must meet the salient characteristics and submit requested documents stated in the solicitation as the technical evaluation factor. 1. "Brand name or equal" in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. "EQUAL" Specification of the Proposed Item; Quoter(s)quoted item shall meet "SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS" the specification. 2. "New Equipment only": NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. 3.
