- Amendment 6: 26 August 2019 This amendment adds FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-25 to the requirement in accordance with Defence Pricing and Contracting memo dated 13 Aug 2019. Please see attached amendment. Please acknowledge the change or request extension no later than 1:00pm Mountain time on 27 August 2019. ___________________________________________________________________ ***Amendment 4 - Second attempt 6 August 2019*** It was made known to me that amendment 0004 was never successfully transmitted via FBO. This amendment is a second attempt at loading amendment 0004. This change has been incorporated into amendment 0005. Responding to amendment 5 will indicate compliance with amendment 4. If you would like amendment 4 for your files, please see the attachement. Also, I apologize for the mistake: Amendment 5 package was accidently titled amendment 3.
