- THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is requesting quotes in accordance with the requirements of Request for Quotation (RFQ)-10-19-038-KN for VoIP Nurse Call System for the Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, Montana. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with the authority of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and FAR Part 36, Construction ad Architect--Engineer Contracts. The IHS intends to award a fixed-price purchase order as a result of this solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the webpage for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the FBO. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov in order to transact business with the Government.
