- (USACE), St. Paul District is soliciting a requirement for the fabrication and installation of new embedded miter gate anchorages at Lock and Dam #2 located on the Mississippi River in Hastings, Minnesota. It is anticipated that fabrication would begin in October 2019 with the construction completed in May 2021. The anticipated magnitude of this project will be between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
