This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; quotes are being requested herein and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2019-05, effective date 08/13/2019. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for a firm fixed priced contract for proper and safe removal and disposal of up to twenty two (22) existing Climatemaster heat pumps.
