- The Defense Logistics Agency, (DLA) Maritime Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Contracting Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for various components and quantities of Excel Scaffolding material. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332323, Ornamental and Architectural Metal Work Manufacturing. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5440, Scaffolding Equipment and Concrete Forms. This requirement will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), reference solicitation number SPMYM3-19-Q-0004. BHI Energy I Power Services LLC (7AN38) is the only known source of this material at this time. A complete copy of the solicitation is included with this notice. The component and quantity listing is available on pages 51 and 52 of SPMYM3-19-Q-0004 and can also be located in the attached excel spreadsheet. Either format is acceptable to include with an offer submission. Offers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and for frequently monitoring this site for any amendments.
