- 08/23/2019 - Amendment 0001 is issued to Dissolve the Small Business Set-Aside and issue the solicitation as Full and Open. Due Date for Quotes is August 29, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation NCNS0000-19-01579 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for a Vertical Steam Sterilizer (Autoclave) in accordance with the attached Statement of Requirements.
