Description

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for brand name commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation Number 33310519Q0029 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3. The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-04. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at: www.acquisition.gov 4. This procurement is being issued as Full and Open Competition and the associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 334290. 5. Quotes should be submitted utilizing the brand name suggested in the CLIN. 6. The contractor shall ensure that the total for all items ordered and delivered does not exceed the amount noted in the contract line item numbers.
