- Amendment 0004 for Solicitation W56HZV-19-R-0129. 1. This is amendment 0004 to Solicitation W56HZV-19-R-0129. 2. A discrepancy has been found with a part in the Technical Data Package. The same requirement was awarded to a vendor to manufacturer. 3. Engineering is trying to resolve this problem with the vendor. 4. All other conditions remain the same. A copy of the Amendment 0004 is added to this solicitation.
