- 11 The VA Iliana Healthcare System, 1900 East Main Street, in Danville Illinois is seeking sources with the capability to provide a National Board Commissioned inspector to perform annual internal and external inspections of boilers in accordance with VHA Directive 1810 (Current version as amended on Sep 11,2018) and Annual and Semi Annual Safety Device Testing per the VA Boiler Plant Safety Device Testing Manual (5th Edition dated Dec 2018) on Sixteen (16) Low Pressure Fire Tube Boilers located in Buildings 19, 72, 211, 212, 214 and 216, three (3) cast iron boilers located in buildings 25 and 22/69 four (4) electric steam generators in building 58, and one hot Water Boiler located at the VA Iliana Healthcare System at 1900 East Main Street, Danville, II 61832. This shall include a base year period of 10/01/2019-09/30/2020, with an additional Four (4) One (1) Year Options to be exercised at the discretion of the government. The NAICS code for the solicitation to be released is 541350, with a size standard of $7.5 million. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) Contractor(s) shall respond with their proof of registration in VIP at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/Home/Index. Contractors shall also provide their DUNS number, business size and socioeconomic status under the NAICS Code listed above. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov prior to submission of any offer. Responses shall be due by 4PM CDT on Wednesday September 11,2019.
