- Solicitation: 70Z08519QDMN12800 Agency/Office: United States Coast Guard (USCG) Location: USCGC MUNRO (WMSL 755) Alameda, CA Title: CGC MUNRO (WMSL 755) BRIDGE WIND DECK GRATING INSTALLATION Description(s): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and subpart 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z085-19-Q-DMN12800 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101 effective October 26, 2018. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336611. The small business size standard is 1250. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that one (1) firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: Attachment 1: Statement of Work- BRIDGE WING GRATING DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall installation Bridge Wing Grating listed in Attachment 1, Table 1, as per the attached Statement of Work. The Contractor furnish all necessary facilities, labor, materials, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, special tools and such other things as are necessary to perform the installation of deck grating on the port and starboard bridge wings aboard the USCGC MUNRO (WMSL755) 418' National Security Cutter all in exact accordance with this solicitation and the attached specification. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance timeframe for this contract is between 09 September 2019 and 11 October 2019. Offerors that have this capability are invited to submit quotations in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The place of performance will be at the vessel's home pier located at 1 Eagle Road, Alameda, CA 94501 DUE DATE FOR QUOTES: Closing date and time for receipt of quotes is 06 September 2019 at 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time.
