- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System number is 541350 with a size standard of $7,500,000.00. Quotes are due no later than September 6, 2019 at 11:00A.M. Central Standard Time and shall be submitted electronically via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Orlando Whitaker at Orlando.whitaker@va.gov and the Contracting Officer, Mr. Anthony Marion at Anthony.Marion2@va.gov.
