- Introduction: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), in accordance with its Inter-Agency Agreement (IAA) with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is the primary source to provide standard, commercial-off-the-shelf, Tent Supply items in the event of a disaster/emergency as well as post disaster/emergency response replenishment efforts. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 Commercial Item and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA). The combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) number 47QSCC19Q0020. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
