- Requirement: Seizure Pads for bed side rails Please complete RFQ attached along with providing information from section M, Evaluation Factors of the RFQ. No Open Market Quotes Accepted. This solicitation is restricted (set-aside) to Small Business. Requirement to be awarded on a Brand Name or Equal basis in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. Technical evaluation of vendors quote will consist of technical capability to provide and perform product specifications and price. Also, the Government will make a "Best Value" award that consist of Technical Capabilities, Price Evaluations, Delivery, and Warranty as applicable. See Section M of the RFQ and must provide all requested information for quote to be responsive. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
