- This Request for Quote is for a firm fixed price contract for Group Shelter for the Bureau of Land Management - New Mexico Pecos Field Office. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05. This acquisition will be 100% total SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332311 Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing. Any requests for additional information or explanations concerning this document must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. MT on 8/30/2019. Questions shall be submitted via email to aalger@blm.gov. Answers to questions will be provided to all interested parties. Statements expressing opinions, sentiments, or conjectures are considered invalid inquires or comments for this purpose and will not receive a response. See attached documents for additional details.
