- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to the University of California, San Francisco located at 533 Parnassus Ave, STE U426, San Francisco, CA. The University is to provide recruitment and biostatistical consulting services for an on-going joint research project through the affiliate agreement with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
